Sunday is Spring Fling at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden from 1-4 p.m.
Waterplay opens for the season at 9 a.m. (Awesome, since it's supposed to be 91 degrees!)
Music by the Richmond Indigenous Gourd Orchestra
Also Plant a Row for the Hungry, and Central Virginia Food Bank will offer free seed packets and a planting workshop.
Keep Henrico Beautiful will help kids create trashcan monster magnets
Central Virginia Waste Management Authority is doing a paper-making activity
Plus Stuff Richmond will help families craft art using recycled materials. Each art piece will be displayed in the Children’s Garden to inspire others to practice the Four R’s – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Refuse.
